Since Grace’s mom went to CU, it was meaningful to incorporate the beautiful CU campus in her senior photos. After CU we headed up to Chautauqua and finished the afternoon with Grace kicking a soccer ball while walking up a trail with the sun setting behind her. We had a lot of fun with Grace and her family. Best of luck to Grace who is headed to Oregon State next year.
Sometimes people have such an infectious laugh you just can’t help but smile and join them. Jonna and Chris laugh a lot. In making each other happy, they make everyone else around them happy. It was a joy to be their wedding photographer. The day started with getting ready at the Hotel Boulderado and the ceremony was at the Greenbriar Inn, just outside Boulder. I loved the scalloped icing on this wedding cake, mirroring the shape of the rose pedals.
I’ve been lucky enough this year to photograph many of my daughters friends. It’s been amazing to watch many of the young women grow up since Kindergarten. We started Cassidy’s photo shoot with some urban scenes in downtown Boulder. We had a bit of fun with the street performer playing on the corner. Cassidy is a swimmer so we ended the day actually in Boulder Creek!
